Lauriane Rat-Tudal

My name is Lauriane Rat-Tudal; I am 39 years old, live in Paris (France), and have a passion for the mountains and Nepal. I have always loved the outdoors, spending time with friends, and good food. I enjoy running—both in the city and in the mountains—as well as hiking and various mountain sports like rock climbing and mountaineering. Naturally, in 2024, I traveled to Nepal with friends for a trek. Nepal has held a special place in my heart ever since! From the Annapurna Circuit and Langtang to the Manaslu Circuit, I’ve experienced every season, tested all kinds of down jackets, and tried every masala chiya in Kathmandu!
